Your constituent ID can be found in your physical or emailed welcome letter when you signed up for an Aquarium membership. It is typically a six digit number.
You can also email membership@aquarium.org for your account information.
The Aquarium no longer distributes physical membership cards to members. Membership can be validated through the eMembership Card application on your phone, or with valid ID at admissions.
Having trouble downloading your online pass, or just using the e-membership app? Here’s an easy to use tutorial that walks you through the process.
No, your membership is different than your online profile! Online profiles are a quick and easy way to renew, update, or view membership details.
You will need to set up an online profile. Your email for sign-in here does not need to be the same email you used to sign up for your membership account.
You will need your membership or constituent ID to set up this profile, which you can get by calling 541-283-1108, or by emailing membership@aquarium.org.
Need help setting up a profile? Check out this video tutorial that walks you through the process.
Short answer: no! Unexpired renewals are renewed for one year from the current expiration date–we will never take time ‘away’ from someone.
For example, say your membership expires during December 2027. You can renew in September 2027, and your membership won’t expire until December 2028.
Reminders will be sent out a few months in advance to when your membership expires either by digital or physical mail. Save yourself the stress by renewing early!
Museums and attractions in the Portland metro area and beyond have teamed up to offer a reciprocal membership program. Members of the Northwest Attractions Alliance (formerly the Portland Attractions Marketing Alliance or PAMA) initiated this special promotion as a way to show appreciation for each attraction’s loyal members, as well as to highlight the important role that cultural attractions play in the community.
For the latest list of reciprocal membership, how to show proof of membership, and all other details, visit our membership reciprocity page.
As always, we recommend adding membership@aquarium.org to your email contacts, as to not miss any future important communications!
If you ordered a calendar but did not receive it, please reach out to membership@aquarium.org.
You can always reach our membership team at membership@aquarium.org for questions about your member account.
