Group Rates

General Groups (non-Schools) and Professional Tours

Non-school groups of 15 or more paid admissions (ages 3 and over) can receive a 10 percent discount off regular paid admission. To receive this discount, a reservation must be made at least two weeks in advance. To receive the discount, the entire group must enter the Aquarium at the same time, with the group leader making a single, lump-sum payment. Professional tour companies also receive a discount. School Groups

Start by visiting the education section of our website, planning your visit, and browse our program matrix and check out our classroom and theatre programs, download pre and post visit materials and more! Then, just call our group coordinator at (541) 867-3474, ext. 5301. We're ready to take your reservation by phone, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. We will process reservations in the order in which they are booked and send a confirmation within two weeks. You may also register online by filling out our registration form. Please call if you do not receive a response or confirmation to your online request.

Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance of your planned school visit. Keep in mind that our programs sometimes fill up months in advance. Only one program per student per day, please.

If you must cancel, please notify us at least two weeks ahead of your planned visit. The Aquarium reserves the right to cancel a program without notice in case of emergency or late arrival.

Payment is made on the day of your visit and will be accepted by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, or you may bring a purchase order and your school will be billed. If payment is made with cash, please use large bills.
